Your business operates legally within The Bahamas.
Your listing does not contain misleading information.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed:

Hate speech or discriminatory content.
Illegal products or services.
Adult content.
Copyright-infringing material.
Malicious links or harmful software.

IslandScope reserves the right to remove listings that violate these rules without notice.

4. Business Listing Approval

Submitting a business does not guarantee publication. IslandScope may review, edit, reject, or remove listings at its discretion to maintain quality and accuracy.

5. Featured Listings & Advertising

Businesses that purchase advertising or featured placement may receive additional visibility on the website. Payment for advertising does not guarantee sales, customer inquiries, or business results.

6. User Responsibility

Visitors are responsible for conducting their own research before purchasing products or services from businesses listed on IslandScope.

IslandScope is not responsible for disputes, transactions, losses, damages, or service issues between businesses and customers.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to maintain accurate information, IslandScope cannot guarantee that every listing remains current at all times. Business owners are responsible for updating their information when changes occur.

8. Intellectual Property

Business owners retain ownership of their logos, images, and content. By submitting content to IslandScope, you grant us permission to display that content within the directory.

Business owners may request removal or modification of their listing by contacting IslandScope. Requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Privacy

Information submitted through business forms may be stored to operate and improve the directory. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
